UPDATE: Due to Covid-19 and the shipping services (USPS) being overwhelmed by the amount of packages you can expect a possible 3-5 extra shipping days to receive your items. After the order is fulfilled you can use your tracking # (Check your email and also spam folder for confirmation and tracking) from USPS to keep an eye out for your item(s). *PLEASE BE PATIENT*
We will process and dispatch your order as soon as possible since we value you as a customer and understand how eager you are to receive your items (s). We try to ship all orders as soon as possible so that you don't have to wait as long!
If there are any delays, it will be due to weather, personal leave, or out of stock items. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.
LOST OF STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is lost or stolen, Forever Radical is not responsible for replacing them. We understand that there are factors beyond our control when it comes to shipping and receiving the merchandise. We will discuss solutions with the customer to assist in the replacement of the item(s) if necessary, but we will not be held liable if this occurs.
If you ordered from Forever Radical and received your product via USPS, you must contact USPS to submit a claim for your package that was lost or stolen. If an item is lost or stolen, Forever Radical is not liable for refunding the customer. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
You have 15 days from the time you get your order to return it.
- *Due to COVID-19, Forever Radical reserves the right to refuse any order that requires a refund; however, we will strive with the customer to accommodate and assist as much as possible. (This is a temporary setting that could change)
- Items must be in their original state.
- Items must be in their original packaging, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

**No returns are accepted on free gifts, promotional items, or items purchased during promotions or with coupons!**
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?
- Returns are not subject to restocking costs.
- The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
- In order to return an item, you must pay for shipping. We will only send you a return label in the case that we make a mistake.
- We reserve the right to provide any return labels to the consumer, and we can give a return address for returns or exchanges.
NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you get a Forever Radical item as a gift or make a purchase and discover that you need to return it for a smaller or larger size...
- They must be in their original state.
- Items must be in their original packaging, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
- You are responsible for paying for shipping back to Forever Radical as well as shipping to get your new item. Please make certain that you order the correct size. Please contact us if you have any questions.
FOREVER RADICAL VIRTUAL GIFT CARDS.
If you get one of the Forever Radical Virtual Gift cards as a gift, you may use it to make purchases on our online store; but, if your transaction requires additional funding, you must pay the difference.
If you need a refund, it will be in the form of a store credit. Forever Radical Virtual Gift Cards are not refundable in cash.
We have the right to refuse a refund if you receive a Forever Radical Virtual Gift card and do not use it or are unable to use it.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your return item(s). We'll also let you know whether you're eligible for a refund. (*NON-REFUNDABLE SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS*)
- Before a refund is provided, the item(s) must be shipped and received.
- Depending on the situation, you will be given a Store Credit or a direct refund to your credit card or Paypal account.
